Christian Doyle trained at Central St. Martin's School of Art in London. A professional photographer for the last twelve years, her commissions have included magazine editorials, interiors, music, dance, theatre and portraiture. However it is in schools where the majority of Christian's exhibitions are to be found, highlighting the challenges of educating children - from rural primaries to inner city multi-ethnic comprehensives.

While weekdays are mostly taken up in the classroom, on the playing fields, and at dress rehearsals, weekends are reserved for weddings. Christian was listed as one of the 'Six Best Wedding Photographers 2004' compiled by Country Living Magazine. "At weddings, our aim is to work as discreetly as possible for the candid shots whilst the group photos are organised with the minimum of fuss. We try to work with available light to document what actually happens throughout the day rather than to impose any pre-formatted wedding style."
